I like spending time out the house doing something fun, like interactive darts or pool or an escape room or a theme park or, or , or , the list goes on.
I also love spending time in the house, although I rarely sleep in as I am an early riser.
I run a free men’s exercise group outdoors in the early hours of the day, helping each other to grow and to combat mental health challenges as well as picking up leadership qualities.
I love a good audiobook, not much of a reader but will happily lie with my head in one’s lap whilst listening to her read.
I love being active, I prefer to explore and have a good look around rather than to sit on a beach.
