About her
I genuinely love my life. I’ve been walking a spiritual path for several years, exploring consciousness, self-development and a deeper understanding of who we really are. I’m a yoga and mindfulness teacher, and I love anything that helps me stay grounded, present and connected to myself and the world around me.
I’m happiest when I’m doing things that make me feel good and keep me well…. yoga and wellness retreats, walking in nature, travelling, laughing with good friends and enjoying the simple things in life. I have some wonderful, loyal friends around me, I laugh a lot, I’m playful and I definitely don’t take myself or life too seriously.
I’ve also been a hairdresser for 35 years and have built up a lovely community of loyal clients along the way. Six years ago, I completed my yoga teacher training, which felt like a natural addition to everything else I love. I’m grateful to have a life that combines people, connection, creativity, wellbeing and plenty of laughter.
All the inner work I’ve done over the years has simply helped me become more grounded, positive and comfortable in myself. I’m happy with the life I’ve created and I’m not looking for someone to complete it…. but I think the right person could add something really special to an already happy life.
